Slight variations in products are not considered damages, pictures shown on may vary slightly from the products ordered, that is how the nature of the handmade moroccan products are made. Casbahdecor will not charge customers the re-stocking fee.

Casbah Decor return policy:
If for any reason you wish to send an item back to us, please follow these instructions:
- Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt
- Email us or call us for a return or an exchange
- Casbah Decor will not pay for the return/shipping fees ( in case the item is not damaged )
- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package.
- Claims : Please call or email us if you have not received your item within a month ( overseas delivery not included )
- Items that are " On back order " will not be shipped 'till they're back in stock if customer agrees
Late returns:
- All return merchandise ( not damaged one ) is subject to a 20% off for shipping/ packing &  handling fees in any case
- Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
- Late return may apply for an exchange, re-stocking fee will not applied
Special orders
-All special and custom orders are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- All special order purchases are final, and will never be subject to a refund or an exchange
 Unfortunately, Special Orders and Custom Items cannot be returned.
- Special order Items returned to us without a permission will not be accepted.

  • Be sure to note the returned items on your original invoice and include it with your shipment.
  • Return the product to the address below via UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post. Please keep your receipt should you need to track your package. Remember to insure it for full value.
    All orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase. Generally, shipping will be by DHL or UPS Ground.
  • You will receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. If your purchase arrives damaged, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt, by emailing us
