PolicyWe hope you love your selection of moroccan home decor. If for any reason you wish to send them back, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the package.
All return merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We regret that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Unfortunately, Special Orders and Custom Items cannot be returned. Items returned to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
- Please contact us at 813 263 8766 or e-mail us at marocliving@aol.com to obtain an RMA.
- Be sure to note the returned items on your original invoice and include it with your shipment.
- Return the product to the address below via UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post. Please keep your receipt should you need to track your package. Remember to insure it for full value.
All orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase. Generally, shipping will be by DHL or UPS Ground.
- You will receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
- If your purchase arrives damaged, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt, by emailing us at marocliving@aol.com .
- We will provide you with instructions on how to procede with returning the item
- getting a replacement, or if the item is no longer in stock, receiving a full refund including all shipping costs. ( please keep the item in the original box a do not throw away the packing materiel)
- To return an item, simply email us at marocliving@aol.com and we will contact you promptly and give you instructions on how to make this as easy as possible. Do not return any item without first contacting or emailing us!
- All returned items (non damaged) must be received in their original condition and sent by DHL or UPS Ground in their original packing materials.
You will be responsible for a 20% restocking charge and return shipping charges to our warehouse.

- Moroccanliving is not responsible for lost returned items
